Please note:
You may be required to contribute an Income Tested Fee (ITF). This is a Government mandated fee that clients on Home Care may contribute towards the package.
Jim’s Home Care also does not charge an entry fee, exit fee or a basic daily fee.
Services Australia will conduct an income assessment over the phone to determine how much, if any, you are required to pay.
Please call Services Australia on 1800 227 475 for further information. If you are not receiving any form of payment from Centrelink, you will need to provide financial details to Services Australia. Please call Services Australia for direction in regards to determining your ITF.
The prices listed above do not have any hidden costs and there are no additional costs associated with arranging third party providers.
A $0.85c per KM fee is applicable when we provide transport for you. For example, a Carer takes you to the Dr for an appointment. This fee is not charged for a worker travelling to and from your residence for services.

24 hour notice is required to avoid a full service cancellation fee. Services delivered on public holidays attract a 100% surcharge.

If we are unable to deliver a service in your area we will recommend someone who can. This may involve an additional cost to the prices listed above. Your Care Manager will discuss this with you prior to services commencing.

If you would like to receive a particular service from someone external to us then you can request to have them service you through Jim’s Home Care. Your Care Manager will discuss this with you prior to services commencing.
